The George J. Dover, M.D., Pediatric Residency Leadership Fund was established in 2016 to honor the former director and pediatrician-in-chief and attach his legacy to the mission which he cared deeply throughout his years of training, clinical practice, research and leadership. 

Your gift to the George J. Dover, M.D., Pediatric Residency Leadership Fund honors Dr. Dover’s legacy and strengthens our Harriet Lane Residency program for a new era of medicine and generation of trainees. It will allow us to expand our teaching curriculum in advocacy, diversity/cultural competence and preventive and personalized medicine, all to the enduring benefit of ill and injured children and their families.
