Dengue vaccine development is a high priority, especially for military personnel stationed abroad, but hard to achieve, in part because some immune responses generated by vaccines can worsen disease rather than prevent it. This project is designed to improve understanding of the immune responses that make vaccines against dengue virus effective to improve vaccine design.
