Cancer Care

Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center has numerous community oncologists who are specially trained in the latest cancer treatments. The hospital’s outpatient services include technologically advanced radiation therapy located just off campus in the Medical Pavilion at Howard County and an outpatient infusion center for chemotherapy, located adjacent to the hospital in the Medical Arts Building. Patients can have the convenience of receiving high-quality care without having to leave the community.

Johns Hopkins Howard County is a member of the CALGB (Cancer and Leukemia Group B), which allows oncology patients the opportunity to participate in national clinical-research protocols.
