Post-graduate training in obstetrics and gynecology and women's health at Johns Hopkins provides a broad range of experience in comprehensive women's health care, as well as in-depth focused concentration in the subspecialties.

Our faculty are nationally recognized leaders in all of the disciplines in the field. Our post-graduate education program is aimed at assuring the graduate physician is prepared to provide primary preventive care for women as well as advanced obstetrical and surgical intervention. Our goal is to give our students the skills to meet the challenges of the future world of rapidly changing medicine.

Amniotic Fluid Embolism, Massive Transfusion Protocol and Cesarean Delivery

The Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics led the creation of an interactive critical care obstetrics training program for the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. In this video simulation, Johns Hopkins care providers diagnose and treat a pregnant patient with amniotic fluid embolism with ACLS.
