Background: Dr. Adornetto earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in 2000 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Gallaudet University in 2005. Dr. Adornetto is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, a member of the American Academy of Audiology, and a past board member of the Maryland Academy of Audiology. Dr. Adornetto worked at the University Of Maryland Medical Center prior to joining ENTAA Care. She is an off-campus preceptor for doctoral candidates. Her special interests include management of tinnitus, cochlear implants, and working with deaf patients using American Sign Language.

Background: Dr. Barber earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University in 2017 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Towson University in 2022. Dr. Barber is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Dr. Barber worked at Kaiser Permanente Northern California in Santa Clara, CA for over three years prior to joining ENTAA Care. Her special interests include cochlear implants, adult and pediatric diagnostics and amplification, and counseling.

Carrie M. Clancy, AU.D., CCC-A, ABAC

Background: Dr. Clancy completed Bachelor of Arts (double major in Music and Speech Language Pathology/Audiology) and Master of Music (voice performance) degrees at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln before pursuing her career in Audiology. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Arizona in 2022, after completing her clinical externship at Banner University Medical Center-Tucson. She has experience in hospital, ENT clinic, and educational audiology settings. Her special interests include audiologic and vestibular diagnostics, pediatric audiology, amplification and aural rehabilitation, electrophysiology, and auditory processing.

Background: Dr. Coffman earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Towson University in 2012. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2016. Dr. Coffman helped launch a hearing aid non-profit program while completing her externship program in Bangor, Maine. She has since worked primarily in hospital settings, allowing for a diverse scope of practice. Dr. Coffman is certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Her special interests include hearing loss prevention for musicians, vestibular testing, and amplification including bone-anchored devices.

Background: Dr. Doy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1987, her Masters of Audiology from Towson University in 1994, and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida in 2010. Dr. Doy is currently a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech Language and Hearing Association, and Maryland Academy of Audiology. She has practiced Audiology for 21 years in various settings such as hospitals, physician offices, and private audiology practices. She is an off-campus preceptor for doctoral candidates. She has special interests in hearing loss prevention for musicians and hearing instrument services.

Background: Dr. Duncan earned a dual bachelors in science degree in Elementary Education and Education of Persons who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2006 and her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Gallaudet University in 2014. Dr. Duncan is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She has worked in various pediatric hospitals and is a certificate holder in precepting (CH-AP) from the American Board of Audiology in 2018. Her special interests include adult and pediatric diagnostics, working with neurodiverse patients, and amplification to include hearing aids, bone-anchored devices, and cochlear implants.

Chiara Ponko, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA

Background: Dr. Chiara Ponko earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville in 2017 as well as her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Towson University in 2018. She completed her Doctorate of Audiology degree from East Carolina University in 2023. She completed her audiology externship with the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington DC. Dr. Ponko is certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Her special interests include general adult diagnostics, cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing devices and hearing aids. Earlier this year, Dr. Ponko completed a course in advanced programming for cochlear implants through the Cochlear Implant Institute.

Dr. Wellman is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. Her special interests include general adult and pediatric diagnostics, cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing devices and hearing aids.
Michelle Woodworth, HAD
Certification: Hearing Aid Dispensing License
Background: Ms. Woodworth earned her Associates of Applied Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design in 1995 and a Career Certificate in Aquaculture in 1996 from Cumberland County College in NJ. She worked in the Agricultural industry, specializing in Hydroponics and Greenhouse Management, before moving to Maryland and joining ENTAA Care. She started her career here as a front desk receptionist and was quickly promoted to Front Desk Team Leader. She held that position for 4 years before she began her training to become a Hearing Aid Dispenser. She received her Hearing Aid Dispensing license from the International Hearing Society in 2017. She specializes solely in Hearing Instrument services.
Dermatology Team
Allison Egel, CRNP
Allison graduated from Towson University with a BSN. After graduation, Allison joined the nursing staff at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the department of oncology where she spent the next 6 years. During this time, Allison also enrolled in an NP program in family medicine at Simmons University in Massachusetts. Upon completion of her degree, Allison has been working as an NP in Dermatology. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time, hiking with her dog Maverick and her husband and traveling anytime she can.
Pamela Madu, M.D.
Dr. Madu is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatopathologist. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Southern California, where she served as Chief Resident. She then pursued subspecialty training in dermatopathology at New York University.
Before joining ENTAA Care, Dr. Madu was an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Rush University, and has practiced medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in the DC area since 2023. She is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, cooking, playing the piano, and traveling.
Otolaryngology Team
Yemeng Lu-Myers, M.D.
Locations: Columbia, Glen Burnie and Mt. Airy
Background: Dr. Yemeng Lu-Myers earned her medical degree with distinction from the University of North Carolina, where she also graduated with her BS and MPH degrees. After graduating medical school, Dr. Lu-Myers completed her surgical residency at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Throughout her training, she has conducted research and published on topics related to socioeconomic and interpersonal aspects of patient care. She practices the full breadth of general otolaryngology and is experienced in all routine ear, nose, and throat procedures for adults and children. She believes that active listening with effective communication is the best approach to deliver patient centered care. Being a mother of two young children, she has particularly good rapport with the pediatric patient population. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and traveling the globe.
Muyinat Yewande Osoba, M.D.
Dr. Muyinat Yewande Osoba obtained her medical degree at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She went on to complete her Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Northwestern University. Dr. Osoba was born and raised in Maryland and is excited to provide comprehensive adult and pediatric care for disorders of the ear nose and throat to her community. In her spare time, Dr. Osoba enjoys drawing, painting, hiking and cooking.
Leah Rundlett, DNP
Education: D.N.P., Johns Hopkins School of Nursing
Background: Leah Rundlett began her career in surgical services consulting before transitioning to clinical practice, working at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in both emergency and oncology medicine. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Leah completed her clinical training throughout the Baltimore-Washington area, gaining broad experience in both primary care and specialty settings. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and their beagle-mix dog, Maisy.
Diana Schrieber, CRNP

Background: Diana Schrieber obtained her undergraduate degree from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. After working as an ICU/ED shock trauma registered nurse for more than ten years, she obtained her graduate degree at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. She performed her residency throughout D.C. and Baltimore in multiple areas of medicine and with patients of all ages. Mrs. Schrieber is nationally and state certified. She is experienced in all routine ear, nose, and throat procedures for adults and children. Mrs. Schrieber always takes a holistic and empathetic approach to the practice of medicine and truly cares for her patients. In her free time, Mrs. Schrieber enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids at the beach, in the mountains and on the quarter mile.

Background: Elle is licensed by the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Elle began their career in private practice, working with teens and adults with voice, upper airway, and swallowing disorders, dysarthria, aphasia, and brain injuries. Prior to becoming an SLP, Elle performed both at university and in the community, founded musical theater troupe 32 Bars at UMD, and has worked as a voice teacher for students of various ages and in various genres since 2019. Elle is an SVI-trained vocologist, trained in rehabilitation and habilitation of the professional voice. Their main clinical interests are voice and upper airway disorders. In their free time, Elle enjoys singing, game nights with friends, and spending time with their husband and 2 cats.

Background: Brittany began her career as an inpatient clinician at hospitals throughout Maryland before working for several years in critical care at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. She joined ENTAA Care in 2022. Her clinical interests include head and neck oncology, complex dysphagia management, and diagnosis and treatment of upper airway disorders. Brittany is an off-campus preceptor for graduate students in speech-language pathology. She is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys listening to music, reading, traveling, and family game nights.

Background: Jodi is licensed by the state of Maryland, and she is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Jodi is originally from Maryland and enjoyed living in Boston, MA during and following graduate school. Jodi returned to Maryland in 2009 and has been working at ENTAA Care since 2014. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and gardening.
