- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of recommendation
- Phone interview
** Interns must be current students in a Pharm.D. program
All paperwork is due January 30, 2009.
Phone interviews will be conducted the week of February 2 and final decisions will be made the week of March 2. The Internship usually starts the week after students finish school and concludes the week before students return to school.
