- Curriculum vitae
- 2 Letters of recommendation
- Phone interview
** Interns must be current students in a Pharm.D. program
All paperwork is due December 21 2009.
Phone interviews will start the week of January 11 2010 and final decisions will be made the week of February 1 2010. The Internship usually starts the week after students finish school and concludes the week before students return to school.
