Application Process
Requirements:
Applicant
Must be enrolled in a Doctorate of Pharmacy program in a College of Pharmacy that is ACPE accredited or seeking accreditation.

- Letter of intent
- Curriculum Vitae-Please clearly identify IPPE and APPE rotations and all community service work that was a required part of your curriculum.
- 2 Letters of recommendation
All paperwork is due Monday, November 14th, 2011.
Upon receipt and following review of all application materials, each candidate will be informed via email. If you are selected, phone interviews will start the week of Monday, January 4th 2012. The Internship usually starts the week after students finish school and concludes the week before students return to school; the student should be able to commit to complete a minimum of 8 consecutive weeks. All Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience (IPPE) and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) requirements should be completed before or after the internship program.
