The Johns Hopkins Faculty Development Program is an established leader in faculty development for medical educators. Since 1987, over 600 faculty and fellows from Johns Hopkins Medicine as well as regional medical schools and teaching hospitals have participated in the longitudinal programs. The professional development of participants is supported through the use of adult learning methods and collaborative learning. Longitudinal programs are offered in teaching skills and curriculum development.

Program faculty are also available for consultation, to develop and implement special programs and workshops that are specific to the needs of your division, department or institution.
Tuition remission is available for Full-time Hopkins faculty who also are Johns Hopkins University employees. There is no yearly dollar limit on tuition remission.
