The JHU ombudsperson (Annalisa Peterson) for postdoctoral fellows and graduate students and serves as a confidential resource for work-related concerns, including mistreatment, lab issues, and navigating peer conflict.
Resources for Reporting Learner Mistreatment
This School of Medicine provides a reporting system for learners to report mistreatment and/or disruptive behavior they may have experienced or observed.
This independently administered hotline allows for anonymous (if desired) reporting of serious concerns or violations of any kind. Examples include violations of regulations relating to scientific and scholarly activity and breaches of student life policies. Any possible risk involving non-compliance with a law, regulation, or policy should be reported by calling the Compliance Line at 1-844-SPEAK2US (1-844-773-2528) or submitting a report online. Disruptive workplace behaviors can be reported to Safe at Hopkins. Also, please utilize the Johns Hopkins Continuum of Disruptive Behaviors at Work tool to identify and talk about unprofessional behaviors in the workplace.

Full-time postdoctoral fellows may seek counseling through the Faculty & Staff Assistance Program, whose services include counseling, referral to further resources, preventive and educational sessions, and support and discussion groups.
mySupport is a new university resource that gives you access to everything from everyday life support (lawn care, child care, etc.) to emotional support resources. You can access this resource by calling 443-997-7000. The line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
University Health and Mental Health Services
All full-time postdoctoral fellows are enrolled in University Health Services and have access to adult primary care and mental health services.
