An ATM is located in Building C, Level 1 opposite the elevator and on the main floor to the right of the elevators.

Serenity gift shop is located in the Sibley Medical Building (Building A) on the first floor by the main entrance. Items for patients include postsurgical garments, oncology products, skincare, books, magazines, CDs, cards, candy and flowers. Fine gifts are also available for mothers, babies, friends and family members.

Volunteers at the information desk will provide callers who ask for you by name with your room and phone number, unless you direct us otherwise when you are admitted. We do not release information on patients’ conditions. Out-of-town visitors can ask about short-term accommodations.

Free wireless Internet service is available throughout the hospital and in all patient rooms. The “JHGuestnet” wireless network is for use by the hospital’s guests and visitors.
To connect:
- Click on the Wifi icon or find Wifi settings on your device
- Select the JHGuestnet network (see screenshot for smartphones)
- Next, launch your web browser (if it does not pop up automatically) and enter your email address (see screenshot for smartphones)
- Click Accept

Sibley Memorial Hospital provides free interpreter services to patients to ensure that you can communicate with, and get information from, your health care providers. If you would like to have a medical interpreter throughout your appointment, please see Language Services for more information.

Cortado offers traditional coffee drinks, cold brew coffee, smoothies and cortado — the espresso drink for which the coffee bar is named. Grab-and-go items are also available, including snacks, pastries, muffins, salads and sandwiches.

We’re excited to share that Magnolia Café is getting an upgrade! A renovation of the servery area is underway, bringing a fresh, modern look and enhanced dining experience for everyone.
The servery is temporarily closed, but food service remains readily available with convenient options through Grubhub from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The dining area also remains open.
How to Enjoy Food During the Renovation
- Use the Grubhub mobile app or the on-site Grubhub kiosk.
- Pick up meals at secure locker boxes and shelves in the cafeteria.
- Standard Grubhub payment methods are accepted.
- A cash-to-card conversion kiosk will be available for cash users.

- Download the Grubhub app from your mobile app store. Create a new account. If you already have an account, sign in.
- Go to Account and tap Campus Dining. Tap Find Your Campus.

- View Magnolia Café and place your order.
