Services and Amenities
An ATM is located in Building C, Level 1 opposite the elevator and on the main floor to the right of the elevators.
Serenity gift shop is located in the Sibley Medical Building (Building A) on the first floor by the main entrance. Items for patients include postsurgical garments, oncology products, skincare, books, magazines, CDs, cards, candy and flowers. Fine gifts are also available for mothers, babies, friends and family members.
Hours: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Volunteers at the information desk will provide callers who ask for you by name with your room and phone number, unless you direct us otherwise when you are admitted. We do not release information on patients’ conditions. Out-of-town visitors can ask about short-term accommodations.
Free wireless Internet service is available throughout the hospital and in all patient rooms. The “JHGuestnet” wireless network is for use by the hospital’s guests and visitors.
Sibley Memorial Hospital provides free interpreter services to patients to ensure that you can communicate with, and get information from, your health care providers. If you would like to have a medical interpreter throughout your appointment, please see Language Services for more information.

The Department of Chaplaincy Services at Sibley Memorial Hospital provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, their families and our staff members.
We are available for all faith groups and know the importance of spirituality in wellness and critical moments of life’s transitions. You do not have to be religious to request chaplaincy services.
The interfaith chapel, located on the first floor of the Main Hospital next to the main elevators, is open 24 hours a day for prayer, meditation and solace.

Magnolia Café is open daily to provide food for our visitors and staff. It is located on the ground floor to the right as you exit the elevators. Wireless internet access is available in Magnolia Café. The service is free and is provided for the convenience of patients, visitors and guests.
- Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Pizza, Soup, & Snacks: 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Purée, a 100% organic, raw vegan, fresh, cold-pressed juice bar is located in the lobby of Building B. Purée's mission to source organic, local ingredients directly aligns with Sibley's commitment to helping our community maintain a healthy and green lifestyle.
Open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Starbucks coffee kiosk, located in Building C, Level 1, has closed permanently as of October 3, 2020.
