Esophageal Center

The Pediatric Esophageal Center specializes in treatment of the full spectrum of esophageal disorders in infants and children, including esophageal atresia, tracheoesophageal fistula, caustic injuries, achalasia and congenital esophageal stenosis. Our specialists have treated patients from all over the country and from around the world. Because every child’s esophageal problem is unique, our goal is to develop a customized treatment plan specific to the patient's needs.

A Multidisciplinary Approach

Each patient receives a comprehensive evaluation by providers working together in a multidisciplinary team. Our specialists are leading national experts in a variety of disciplines, including general pediatric surgery, gastroenterology, otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), anesthesiology and radiology. We use the latest technologies and minimally invasive surgical techniques when appropriate.
