Biography: Maite received her bachelor's degree in integrative biology from the University of Puerto Rico. She attended medical school at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She completed her residency program at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and stayed in Baltimore to continue training in pediatric endocrinology.

Biography: Elena received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson. She completed her pediatric residency program at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and stayed in Baltimore to continue training in pediatric endocrinology.
Jillian Heckman, M.D. - Pediatric Endocrinology Fellow
Residency: Johns Hopkins School of Medicine
Biography: Jillian received her bachelor's degree in biology and human health from Emory University. She attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed her residency program at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and stayed in Baltimore to continue training in pediatric endocrinology.
Aikaterini (Katerina) Mastoropoulou, M.D. - Pediatric Endocrinology Fellow
Medical School: Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
Residency: Stony Brook Children’s Hospital
Biography: Katerina completed undergraduate and medical training in a combined six year program at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She then moved to Long Island, N.Y. for her pediatric training at the Stony Brook Children’s Hospital. She is now completing fellowship training in pediatric endocrinology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
