We deliver Johns Hopkins’ clinical and administrative expertise, research, network and proven mobility solutions to improve the lives of patients worldwide.
The Johns Hopkins activity and mobility promotion consulting program is designed to restore patient health and shorten length of stay after illness or injury by providing the tools and health care education needed to implement structured quality improvement processes. We help our clients develop a collaborative culture of mobility, successfully integrating mobility as an essential component of hospital operations, quality improvement and patient safety efforts. Our programs lead to greater patient engagement and improved patient experience through mobility independence.
Johns Hopkins experts will first meet with clients virtually to assess the culture of mobility at their organization. They will then provide a comprehensive report of recommendations, which may include training and implementation options ranging from institution-level culture change to hands-on, front-line training. We will define opportunities to drive program sustainability, integration and innovation within the hospital or health system. Programs range in duration from as little as a one-hour virtual course to a series of professional coaching sessions throughout the year with Johns Hopkins’ executive and leadership teams.
