Can we determine the level of function at the physical, cognitive and social level to identify clinically meaningful groups of patients to prevent or minimize the risk of disability?
Can we identify patients at risk for poor outcomes by using patient-reported data?
Can we develop risk prediction tools to help clinicians select appropriate treatment interventions and monitoring strategies?
