The JHU Baltimore hub and the Pune team are instrumental in support of the BJMC Pune and Hinduja sites as well as in the overall development and implementation of the Phase 2 protocol and related activities. Dr. Gupta is the US Chair of the consortium. The BJMC site, supported by the Pune team, is the highest enrolling site in the consortium and has enrolled substantially in the Diagnostic Aim (Adult PTB, EPTB and the pediatric TB), in addition to the Active TBCohort A Aim 2, the Lung Health Aim 3 and has several studies that use the samples and data from Phase 1and Phase 2 of report. In 2023 the Phase 2 team published 25 papers (164 total since 2015).
