Deep sequencing of the HIV latent reservoir to discern mechanisms of clonal proliferation and HIV persistence
Summary
This project will determine the richness saturation of HIV proviruses via sequential measures of clonality and will thus yield a truer picture of the clonality of non-dominant clones of intact and defective HIV proviruses in people with HIV on antiretroviral therapy.
