To evaluate the activity of MRX-6211 (also known as MRX-V) against Mycobacterium abscessus. The first phase of the study will be limited to assessing in vitro potency of MRX-V against M. abscessus using culture-based approaches. In the second phase, efficacy studies will be conducted in mice.
