Summary
To test and characterize the targeting and therapeutic activity of E. coli-bCD in cultured breast cancer cells pretargeted with functionalized trastuzumab mAb and evaluate tumor colonization and therapeutic effects of pretargeted Tt-E. coli-bCD in vivo in immunocompetent and immune deficient mouse models of HER2+ BC.
