Summary
The purpose of this project is to establish a diagnostic and surveillance network for young women of child-bearing age in outpatient departments of five Ugandan public clinics with STI services through collaboration with the PEPFAR-funded implementing partners. When complete, outpatient departments (OPD) in five public clinics will be able to identify symptomatic and asymptomatic cases of sexually transmitted infections (NG, CT) in addition to currently offered serologic screening for HIV and syphilis.
