Summary
The goal of this project is to develop, implement, and evaluate a community health worker-led Mental Health Care Model that improves the screening, diagnosis, and treatment of depression, anxiety, and alcohol and substance use disorder among limited English proficiency Latinos in Baltimore through a community health worker-driven program that includes outreach, clinical care, case management and navigation to resources.
