Dynamics of latent HIV-1 reservoirs: High resolution antigenic mapping and strategies to block rebound. The Siliciano Laboratory will perform large scale quantitative viral outgrowth assays in the presence and absence of autologous IgG to identify viruses that are susceptible to autologous antibodies and those that are resistant.
