The primary objectives of this study are to study immunogenicity and safety of a 3rd dose of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine in kidney transplant (KT) recipients with suboptimal antibody response to the two-dose mRNA vaccine series and to determine the optimal strategy to maximize vaccine immunogenicity in SOTRs recipients in an adaptive, multicenter clinical trial platform.
