The Siliciano lab will take measurement of the latent reservoir using novel assays including the HIV, SIV and SHIV IPDAs to determine the degree of reservoir depletion; identification of new latency reversing agent (LRA) combinations that will provide a better “shcik” for shock and kill strategies to eliminate viral reservoirs.
