Ordering Reminder

When ordering imaging exams either through Epic or paper form, it’s important to comply with federal regulation requirements in order for the order to be valid and to ensure that the proper checkboxes for modifying exams stay marked to avoid additional phone calls to your office. Pediatric Services

Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging offers radiation-free and low-dose imaging exams for patients under 18 years of age. Please note that age limits depend heavily on the patient and their ability to meet “holding still” requirements. Any patients who do not meet the requirements listed and requires child life support or need general anesthesia can visit the Bloomberg’s Children’s Center at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. For outpatient imaging exams, read more.
