MyChart is a secure website that provides the most up-to-date medical information available to you about your Johns Hopkins care and connects you to your health care team. MyChart is available in English and Spanish.
How to sign up for MyChart
To sign up for MyChart, you will need an activation code. This code allows you to create your new MyChart user ID and password, which you will then use to log on to MyChart. You will receive your unique activation code during your appointment at Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging. You can sign up at home when it is convenient for you, within 45 days of the visit.
From your computer or mobile device, log on to mychart.hopkinsmedicine.org, and using your unique authentication code, follow the steps to enroll in MyChart.
Access Written Reports
Your written report will be posted in your patient portal when available. A message notification will be sent to the email address you used to register with MyChart.
Please note: Radiology reports will not be available to patients until three business days following the radiologist's final report of the imaging study. You can also find out your results by calling your physician who ordered the exam.
Patients now have the convenience to self-schedule a mammogram appointment online through MyChart.
