Clinical Electives- Division of Hospital Medicine

Physician electives are available for:

  • Medical residents from Johns Hopkins Bayview Internal Medicine Residency Program
  • Other ACGME Accredited US Internal Medicine Residency Program – Resident Elective

Note: At this time, our division is unable to offer any observership or externship to international medical graduates.

Clinical Electives for Students

Student electives are available for:

  • Medical Students (including Sub-Is) from:

    • Johns Hopkins School of Medicine
    • Other US medical schools
    • Non-US medical schools (Read more about program requirements)
      *We do not offer clinical elective rotations to foreign medical graduates

  • Undergraduate students

    • Undergraduate clinical rotation

  • High School Students

    • MERIT program
