Our wellness coach will partner with you to establish a relationship that assists you in identifying values and desires, transforming them into action to maintain lasting change over time. The coach works with you in a dynamic collaboration to improve your overall wellness including but not limited to sleep deprivation, stress management and both exercise and dietary habits. The coach recognizes and respects that you are the expert in your own life and utilizes your strengths and values to develop lasting change. You can work with the coach to improve your overall wellness through both in-person and telephonic wellness coaching sessions.
