Our experienced cardiologists provide the full spectrum of personalized consultative and diagnostic cardiac care. Our office is conveniently located on the campus of Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, in the Medical Pavilion. We care for many patients in Columbia, Ellicott City, and the surrounding Howard County area, as well as throughout the central Maryland area.

Now serving Howard County for over 50 years, the practice was started in 1975 by Jerome Hantman, MD, FACC, the first cardiologist on staff at Howard County General Hospital [now Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center]. In 2010, CSCM joined Johns Hopkins and subsequently became the first practice in Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians in 2017.
