The mission of the James Buchanan Brady Urological Institute Advisory Board is to partner on the bold ambitions of the Department of Urology by providing guidance to accelerate innovation in support of research and education, generating philanthropic support, and promoting its expert, compassionate patient care to prospective patients and donors.

Our journey with the Brady Urological Institute began in the most personal way—as patients. Our stories mirror those of so many others: we turned to the Brady during a vulnerable time in our lives, and we were met with extraordinary care, compassion, and expertise. The experience left a lasting impression on us—not only because of our successful outcomes, but because of the physicians and staff who guided us through it all. Their commitment to healing was matched only by their humanity and passion for making a difference for the next patient to walk through their doors. For that, we couldn’t be more grateful.

What started as a wonderful patient experience quickly evolved into something deeper. We were inspired to support the Brady’s mission as advocates, funders, and ultimately, as volunteer leaders. Today, we proudly serve as Chair and Vice Chair of the Brady Advisory Board, a dedicated group of individuals who share a profound belief in the Institute’s powerful tripartite mission: exceptional patient care, groundbreaking research, and the education of the next generation of leaders in urology.
