Physicians
Daniel McClenathan, M.D.
Dr. McClenathan is chief of the division of the pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric internship and residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and his pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition clinical and research fellowships at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Eduardo Beltroy, M.D.
Dr. Beltroy is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. He sees patients in the Outpatient Care Centers in Tampa and Lakeland. His clinical interests include eosinophilic esophagitis, inflammatory bowel disease, constipation and abdominal pain. Dr. Beltroy earned his medical degree from the Alberto Hurtado School of Medicine at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru.

Albert Chan, M.D.
Dr. Chan is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. He sees patients in the gastroenterology office in Sarasota. His clinical interests include Eosinophilic esophagitis. He earned his medical degree at St. George’s University. He completed a pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a pediatric gastroenterology fellowship at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester, New York.

Adria Condino, D.O.
Dr. Condino is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She sees patients in the gastroenterology office in Odessa and the Outpatient Care Center in East Lake. She earned her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. She completed pediatric internships at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo, and the University of South Florida Health Sciences Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. She then completed a pediatric residency at the University of South Florida Health Sciences Center, followed by a clinical fellowship and then a research fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and Nutrition at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.

Karina Irizarry, M.D.
Dr. Irizarry is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She sees patients in the gastroenterology office in Temple Terrace and the Outpatient Care Center in Brandon. Her clinical interests include inflammatory bowel disease and eosinophilic esophagitis. She earned her medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She completed a pediatric residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She then completed a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver.

Greg Kaiser, M.D.
Dr. Kaiser is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. He sees patients in the gastroenterology office in Temple Terrace and the Outpatient Care Center in Lakeland. He earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville. He completed his pediatric residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women, where he also served as chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Sara Karjoo, M.D.
Dr. Karjoo specializes in pediatric gastroenterology/hepatology in the Department of Medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She sees patients in St. Petersburg and Sarasota. Dr. Karjoo’s clinical interests include hepatology and medical education. She earned her medical degree from The State University of New York Upstate Medical University. Dr. Karjoo trained in pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center/Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She completed a gastroenterology clinical fellowship and a gastroenterology research fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Kimberly Law-Sigety, M.D.
Dr. Law has been a long-time resident of Florida, growing up in Orlando and completing her undergraduate studies and medical school at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She trained at USF for pediatric residency and spent an additional year as chief USF pediatric resident at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. She lived in New York City while completing her fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Columbia University. She spent her training in both clinical practice and lab research focusing on the enteric nervous system and motility issues in mice. Her career passion is caring for children with all types of general GI disorders.

Gabriel Lugo, M.D.
Dr. Lugo is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. He sees patients in the gastroenterology office in Port Richey. His clinical interests include all aspects of pediatric gastroenterology but especially inflammatory bowel disease and eosinophilic esophagitis. He earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. He completed a general pediatrics residency and pediatric gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Michael Wilsey, M.D.
Dr. Wilsey specializes in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition in the Department of Medicine. He is the vice chair of the Division of Gastroenterology and served as chief of the medical staff from 2020-2021. In 2022, he was named Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Physician of the Year in the Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Awards. Dr. Wilsey is an advanced therapeutic endoscopist specializing in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for infants and children. He is one of a select group of gastroenterologists with this expertise internationally and across North America. At Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, he has developed and implemented multiple clinical innovations related to therapeutic endoscopy.

Michele Winesett, M.D.
Dr. Winesett is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She sees patients in the gastroenterology office in Ocala and the Outpatient Care Center in Tampa. She has practiced pediatric gastroenterology in the Tampa Bay area for more than two decades. Her clinical interests include inflammatory bowel disease, feeding problems, eosinophilic esophagitis, and celiac disease. Dr. Winesett earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. She completed her pediatric residency at USF/All Children’s Hospital, followed by a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition at Vanderbilt University.

Madison Baima, PA-C
Madison Baima is a physician assistant in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She earned her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from Mississippi State University, and Master of Physician Assistant from Florida State University.

Taylor Carral, MSN, APRN, CPNP
Taylor Carral, APRN, is a pediatric nurse practitioner who sees gastroenterology patients at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science in nursing from South College. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital and HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital.

Kelly Caseber, APRN, CPNP-BC
Kelly Caseber is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She has more than 15 years of experience in pediatrics and was previously a nurse at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Florida Atlantic University and Master of Science in nursing from the University of South Florida. She was previously a nurse at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.

Kristin Del Toro, APRN
Kristin Del Toro is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Florida State University, and Master of Science in nursing from the University of South Florida. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in postpartum, labor and delivery, and newborn nursery at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, and on the pediatric float team at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.

Lauren Golladay, APRN, DNP
Lauren Golladay is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the hospital staff in 2024. She was previously an advanced practice pediatric nurse practitioner with St. Petersburg Pediatrics and worked as a registered nurse in pediatrics and with postpartum mothers and infants. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice, Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Florida College of Nursing in Gainesville.

Samantha Hensley, APRN
Samantha Hensley is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She was previously a nurse in hematology/oncology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s.

Shannon McClenathan, APRN
Shannon McClenathan is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She previously worked as a nurse in the intensive care unit at Tampa General Hospital. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Utica College, bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Arizona State University, and master’s degree in family medicine from Chamberlain University.

Andrea McCoy, APRN, CPNP-BC
Andrea McCoy is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She previously worked in pediatrics at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in nursing from the University of Florida.

Amanda Parker, APRN
Amanda Parker is a nurse practitioner with pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. Before becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse at Tampa General Hospital in the labor and delivery unit. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in pediatric nursing from the University of South Florida.

Kelly Pope, APRN
Kelly Pope is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She earned her diploma of nursing from St. Lawrence College in Ontario, Canada, then a Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in nursing from South University in Tampa.

Shawn Sarnaik, PA-C
Shawn Sarnaik is a physician assistant in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She has worked with the gastroenterology practice since 2006. She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant sciences from University of New England.

Michelle Schreck, APRN
Michelle Schreck is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She has more than 35 years of experience in pediatrics, and has worked with the gastroenterology practice since 2006. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Jacksonville University, and a Master of Science in nursing from the University of South Florida.

Amanda Smith, APRN
Amanda Smith is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She has a wide range of experience in health care and previously worked in children’s hospitals, pediatric home health and adult hospitals. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and minor in family and child development from Texas State University, Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and Master of Science in nursing from Frontier Nursing University.

Alicia Tenn, APRN
Alicia Tenn is a nurse practitioner in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She has more than 20 years of experience in pediatrics. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in the pediatric cardiac intensive care units at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.
