Support the Administrative Fellowship Program

A two-year postgraduate training program in health services management, the Johns Hopkins Medicine Administrative Fellowship spans the combined entities of Johns Hopkins Health System and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Launched in 1989, program graduates include 81 alumni, the majority of whom hold leadership roles in health systems across the country. A highly competitive program with an outstanding national reputation, last year over 40 applications were submitted for each individual spot.

Administrative Fellows develop their leadership skills and expertise through a broad range of experiences, including clinical operations, finance, human resources, and strategy, to name a few. The curriculum includes a series of four- and two-week rotations across all six hospitals, multiple clinical departments, and even the health plan.
