Secretary

Mr. Reinard is senior counsel in the legal department of the Johns Hopkins Health System and is primarily responsible for transactional matters in the National Capital Region. He serves as secretary of the boards of Suburban Hospital, Suburban Hospital Foundation, Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation and Johns Hopkins Personalized Care. 

Prior to joining Johns Hopkins, Mr. Reinard spent 12 years with Highmark Health, an integrated health care finance and delivery enterprise in Pittsburgh, most recently serving as senior counsel supporting health care delivery activities. 

Mr. Reinard holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
