Robin Lewis

Robin Lewis leads patient services operations at Johns Hopkins Medicine International, where she collaborates with Johns Hopkins Medicine leaders and administrators to develop and meet strategic goals for the international patient population. She oversees the patient services division’s intake, patient liaison and patient coordinator segments to help ensure that a high level of service is provided. Ms. Lewis also manages business partnerships with internal and external clients for consistent business growth.

Ms. Lewis was previously an assistant director for Johns Hopkins USA (JHUSA). There, she was responsible for operational activities including influencing efficiency and collaborations with key departmental stakeholders. She also managed crucial business partnerships for bundled rate programs through the managed care office, and she partnered with central marketing to manage domestic out-of-state initiatives.

Before joining Johns Hopkins USA, Ms. Lewis led the referral office for the Johns Hopkins melanoma/skin cancer program, for which she oversaw the day-to-day operations including referral management for patients from around the globe.

Ms. Lewis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration (magna cum laude).
