Ann Louise Tisdale-Ramos
Vice President, Human Resources, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center
Ann Louise Tisdale-Ramos serves as a key member of the Medical Center’s executive team with responsibilities for planning, directing, managing and guiding the overall functions of human resources across Johns Hopkins Bayview.
Ann Louise has more than 25 years of leadership experience in talent development and human resources. She comes to us most recently from United Health Services, where she served as system director in human resources, talent and workforce experience. In that role, she led initiatives spanning HR service delivery, operations, compliance, recruitment, performance management, engagement and talent governance. Ann Louise is recognized as a leader in the adoption and scaling of artificial intelligence-enabled HR practices. She has also overseen the successful introduction of a Workday-aligned workforce strategy, which will prove valuable as Johns Hopkins Medicine moves forward with our Sightline project in 2027.
Ann Louise has also served in leadership roles at the Oncology Institute for Hope and Innovation, Stanley Black and Decker, and University of North Carolina. She holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree from American University in Washington, D.C.
