Dr. Seipp has been a member of the Johns Hopkins Cleft Clinic team since 1959, when he opened his private practice here in Baltimore. Dr. Seipp earned an A.B. degree from Loyola College, his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland, and his Master's Degree in Orthodontics from the University of Pittsburgh. He has also taught at the University of Maryland Dental School.
