ALS Clinical Trials
The relationship between Johns Hopkins and clinical trials dates back 1986, and almost all major therapeutic approaches for ALS have been carried out, or initiated, at Johns Hopkins including (partial list): neuroimmunomodulation, anti-excitotoxic, antioxidant, energy metabolism, protein aggregation, and growth factor based therapies.
