Dr. Jeremy Sugarman Elected to AAP

Dr. SugarmanGIM’s Harvey M. Meyerhoff Professor of Bioethics and Medicine, professor of medicine, professor of health policy and management, and deputy director for medicine at the Berman Institute of Bioethics Jeremy Sugarman, MD, MPH, MA, is one of only five Johns Hopkins researchers elected to the Association of American Physicians (AAP) this year. Founded in 1885, the AAP is a nonprofit, professional organization that works to advance medical research and its application to practice. The names of this year’s new members were announced April 26th at AAP’s annual joint meeting with the American Society for Clinical Investigation in Chicago.
