SGIM Call for Submissions--Save by Acting Promptly

Submissions of Scientific Abstracts, Clinical Vignettes, Innovations in Medical Education, Web-Based Innovations in Medical Education and Innovations in Practice Management for the SGIM 32^nd Annual Meeting in Miami on May 13-16, 2009 are now being accepted. The call for submissions for the conference, entitled “The Art and Science of Generalist Care,” with meeting policies, descriptions of the different submission categories and other useful information is available online.

Submissions are to be made through the COS (Community of Science) online submission site. Connect directly to the SGIM page on the COS website at this link. Before submitting, however, both new and repeat submitters are urged first to read the online step-by step instructions for making a submission.

The submission fee is $75 until December 17, 2008, when the fee increases to $85. The deadline for submissions in all categories is January 14, 2009 at 2:59 AM Eastern Standard Time.
