Hopkins Faculty Interviewed About JAMA Antioxidant Study

A study in the February 28 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association reports that the antioxidant supplements taken by millions of Americans to stave off disease and slow the aging process do not boost longevity, and may actually increase the risk of dying. The Division's Dr. Pete Miller, who has studied the antioxidant Vitamin E, comments on the study in articles in the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the Orlando Sentinel, and on CBSNews.com (2/28/07).
