Dr. Miller Promoted to Associate Professor

Dr. MillerCongratulations to the Division's Redonda Miller, MD, MBA, who was promoted to Associate Professor of Medicine, effective May 1, 2006.
Dr. Miller has been a member of the Division faculty since 1996, during which time she has served as Assistant Chief of Service (Chief Resident), Associate Program Director--Osler Residency Program, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs in the School of Medicine, and Associate Vice-Chair for Clinical Operations in the Department of Medicine.

Dr. Miller has developed an extremely successful clinical practice, and serves as director of the Women's Executive Health program. She also conducts research in women's health (osteoporosis, HRT, complementary care), physician practice issues, and medical education. In addition to her outstanding work in the clinical, teaching, and research arenas, Dr. Miller has made time to be a dedicated member of the Johns Hopkins community, and the community at large. Hopkins GIM Chief, Dr. Fred Brancati, calls Dr. Miller "a top-notch clinician, an effective teacher, an efficient administrator, and a beloved mentor with a flare for leadership and a passion for community service."
