Call to Refill or Transfer Prescriptions

For a prescription refill, you’ll need to provide your:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Medication
- Prescription number
To transfer a prescription from another pharmacy to us, you’ll need to speak with a staff member. When you call, please provide your:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Current pharmacy and pharmacy phone number
