Web Service Request

We have migrated to a new platform for our service desk and request ticketing needs. This migration introduces our new Web Services Portal which makes it easier for you to submit, track and keep a record of the request(s) you've submitted into the system.  Learn More

You will notice a few enhancements when using the Web Services Support Form above. These features include:

  • Ability to use your JHED credentials and see all your open tickets in a single view
  • Comment, Cancel or Edit an open request at any time
  • Respond via email as you have in the past, or view and comment directly to your request
  • A simplified web request form with fewer fields. Once enter your JHED credentials, we won’t ask you your name, email address or other contact information.
