News from the Johns Hopkins Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics
In this year’s U.S. News & World Report rankings for Best Medical Schools, Johns Hopkins’ Obstetrics and Gynecology Program scored #2 in the nation.
The Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics has several ongoing clinical trials. These include drug trials for ovarian cancer, studying risk factors for disease development in pregnancy and childhood, and drug trials for reducing fibroid size.
The Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics received some major recognition, and is embarking on an innovative partnership.
Outside of government-sponsored multicenter networks, the new collaboration will create one of the largest women’s health research opportunities in the U.S.
