Johns Hopkins Community Physicians to Open New Location in Fulton
Practice Will Accept Patients for Family Medicine

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) will open its newest practice on Monday, May 6, at 8115 Maple Lawn Boulevard, Suite 140. in Fulton, MD 20759. It will be located in the heart of the Maple Lawn Business District.
“We will open JHCP Fulton to fulfill the health care needs of this growing community,” said JHCP President Steven Kravet, M.D., M.B.A., FACP. “Now, patients will not have to travel far to experience outstanding care from one of the most trusted names in medicine. JHCP Fulton will offer the most advanced and comprehensive health care for patients in all stages of life.”
Kisa Crosse, M.D., and Rohit Seem, M.D., will provide family medicine at JHCP Fulton. The 6,458-square-foot practice has state-of-the-art equipment and the capacity for four additional physicians to join as the practice grows.
Dr. Crosse has been with JHCP since 2005 and saw patients at JHCP Howard County in Columbia, Md. She earned her degree and completed her residency at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Crosse is board-certified in family medicine.
Dr. Seem joined JHCP in 2012 and was most recently practicing at JHCP Odenton. He studied at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical Center in Madhya Pradesh, India, and completed his residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. In addition to English, Dr. Seem is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
JHCP Fulton will accept most insurance plans, including Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan, a TRICARE Prime option serving military families. It will accept walk-in and same-day appointments.
