A NEW NAME

Published in Hopkins Medicine - Fall 2022

During the School of Medicine Reunion and Alumni Weekend, the Johns Hopkins Medical & Surgical Association passed a historic vote to change its name to the Johns Hopkins Medicine Alumni Association. The new name makes clear that the association is inclusive of all 35,000 alumni, including all degree holders, and former trainees, fellows and faculty.

The Johns Hopkins Medicine Alumni Association is committed to strengthening relationships between our alumni and institutions; improving quality of life and providing educational opportunities for students, fellows and house staff; and keeping our community informed and connected.
