What to Bring

Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will want to prepare for your visit by bringing:

  • Medical records including current medications, related laboratory results, radiology studies or other information that will support the evaluation during your consult.
  • Current insurance information, including a referral if required.
  • Comfortable clothing that allows motion to support the diagnostic process.
  • Small games, books or snacks that will help your child feel at ease in the office setting.

The Division of Pediatric Orthopaedics at Hopkins Children's Center is exclusively devoted to the diagnosis and management of orthopaedic problems in infants, children and teenagers.
