The fellowship is a one- or two-year program that provides M.D. pathologists and Ph.D. scientists with analytical, clinical, research and management experience toward specialization in clinical chemistry. The fellow rotates through routine automated chemistry, critical care, special chemistry and toxicology. The program provides training in clinical laboratory operation, quality control and assurance, laboratory management, analytical methods and test interferences.
