The Infectious Diseases ACGME Fellowship Program of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is designed to prepare trainees for a career in academic medicine and to qualify for subspecialty boards in Infectious Diseases. The program is typically three years with the first year devoted primarily to clinical training and subsequent years almost exclusively to research.
