Inch by Inch
Inch by Inch is a free stroke support group for stroke survivors, their families and caregivers at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. A stroke is a difficult injury to overcome. Adjusting to its effect and learning to live with it takes time and requires support. This group meets monthly to discuss problems, concerns and achievements facing survivors as they learnt to live with the aftereffects of a stroke. The group exists to help them adapt to their condition and cope with the changes in their lives and lifestyles. The group meets the third Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
