Managing Constipation

Constipation is hard, dry bowel movements. The bowel movements are less frequent and may cause discomfort.
What causes constipation?

Cancer, some chemotherapy, pain medications, lack of exercise, drinking less fluids and eating less fiber may all cause constipation.
